The club should be proud of their fans. I was impressed,” said Mourinho. “They listen to pundits, commentators, opinions, read blogs, and this was quite unbelievable what they tried to say today. “The moment, I come back to the club and we played the first match at home against Hull City, the way the stadium welcomed me was amazing.center_img The Blues beat Dynamo Kiev 2-1 and the club’s supporters chanted his name during the game. Man City forward Leroy Sane is on Bayern Munich’s summer wishlist

first_img EFE 20/05/2019 Upd. at 17:47 CEST Now, with Robben and Ribery’s cycles at the club ending, the Bavarian club are ready to move for Sane once again.  Germany international Leroy Sane, currently at Manchester City, could become a Bayern Munich player as they look to renew their squad this summer, according to Kicker.  Leroy Sané, en los planes del Bayerncenter_img IN SPORT.ES During the current campaign, Coman and Serge Gnabry have been regulars on the Bayern wing with Robben and Ribery winding down. Sane’s arrival would add more competition for places. Bayern hoped to sign Sane three years ago but due to the excess of wingers they had at the time — Franck Ribéry, Arjen Robben, Kingsley Coman and Douglas Costa — they missed out on him to City.  In their favour is the fact Sane hasn’t played as much as he would have liked at City this season. And he has not renewed his deal at the Premier League champions, which expires in 2021.  City, according to Kicker, aware that Sane either wants to move to Bayern or let his contract run down, so could be open to doing a deal with the German champions. last_img read more

The Cavite-born GM’s sad loyalty gambit has become almost irrelevant, thanks to his mercurial rise

As he sustains his climb to the top, there’s little doubt among his peers that the world title is now within So’s reach.Local chess fans mesmerized by his brilliance may have been initially offended by So’s shift to US affiliation. During the 2014 Tromso Olympiad in Norway, he had dinner with members of the national team and NCFP president Rep. Prospero “Butch” Pichay. For now, though, So would rather focus on his career. Almost everyone in the elite circle of the world’s super GMs concedes he’s in a zone and that his rise in the world rankings—he moved up to fourth this month with an Elo rating of 2807.8 behind world champion Magnus Carlsen of Norway (Elo 2840), Caruana (Elo 2827.5) and Vladimir Kramnik of Russia (Elo 2820)—is nothing short of meteoric. While So appeared calm and stoic during his London matches, he admits he was actually fidgety battling the stellar opposition, collectively one of the strongest in history, Elo-wise.“I give total respect to my opponents because they are the greatest chess players in the world and this win was not easy,” he says on his Facebook account. “I had to focus like crazy to be able to sit across from (The Netherlands’ Anish) Giri, Caruana, Kramnik, (India’s Viswanathan) Anand, (Bulgaria’s Veselin) Topalov, (France’s Maxime Vachier-Lagrave) MVL, (Armenia’s Levon) Aronian, (Britain’s Michael) Adams and Nakamura. My heart was pounding pretty hard most of the time.”Following his conquest of Adams in the second round of the London Classic that shoved him past the Elo 2800 barrier for the first time, So, a devout Christian like Manny Pacquiao, posted: “I shouldn’t be on the Internet right now. Supposed to be working on my match for tomorrow but I wanted to publicly praise my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today I passed the 2800 chess rating barrier and for most of my life I never even imagined a small fish like me could ever do that. Thank you, Lord, for such kindness to me. I know that alone I can’t account for this success. Without You I am nothing.”Now, of course, So is The Big Thing. He is only the 12th player in history to breach the 2800 mark. His December rating (2807.8) is the 11th all-time best and he’s now a legitimate threat to Carlsen’s long reign.Even Kasparov, one of the greatest players of all time, and Anand, India’s five-time world champion who actually lived and played chess in Manila during his teens, have taken notice.Kasparov says So shows great consistency and is still improving; a “totally impressed” Anand praises So’s “effortless” and “easy” play this year. Facebook explains:The Button Clicks metric shows the number of times people clicked the call-to-action button on your ad. Button Clicks is redundant because these clicks are also either reflected in the Link Clicks metric or other distinct metrics like the Event Responses metric and the Offers Saved metric. We recommend using Link Clicks, Event Responses or Offers Saved instead of Button Clicks. The metric clean up will occur at some point in July.Metric labelsTo add more clarity about how metrics are calculated, some metrics will be explicitly labeled “estimated” and/or “in development”.Metrics labeled as “estimated” are calculated using data modeling or sampling. While that’s not a new concept for marketers, not having the metrics clearly labeled as being estimates has caused confusion, Facebook found. From the blog post:These types of metrics are helpful because they can provide insights for outcomes that may be hard to precisely measure, such as the estimated ad recall lift or the number of unique people your campaign reached. These metrics are meant to provide directional insights into the value of your marketing results and can factor into your businesses’ strategic planning.Metrics labeled as “in development” are being tested or rolling, which means their results may change as Facebook adjusts the methodologies used in these metrics.New metrics are often developed for new ad features. Facebook says that new metrics are typically in development for 60 days, though sometimes longer.Advertisers won’t get any notifications if Facebook fixes errors, bugs or makes changes to metrics labeled as “in development”.Measurement trainingFacebook is launching a program called “Measure What Matters” in March to help marketers learn more about measurement principles. One track will offer programming for branding oriented campaigns and another will focus on measurement for direct response campaigns. The programming will be offered on the Facebook Business website and on Facebook Live and in-person events. From our sponsors: Facebook is removing 20 outdated, redundant ad metrics; adding methodology labels Posted on 23rd February 2018Digital Marketing FacebookshareTwittertweetGoogle+share HomeDigital MarketingFacebook is removing 20 outdated, redundant ad metrics; adding methodology labelslast_img read more

Line-ups: Brescia v Inter

first_imgInter start Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez again, but bring back Kwadwo Asamoah, while Brescia have Mario Balotelli and Alfredo Donnarumma with a new goalkeeper. It kicks off at the Stadio Rigamonti at 20.00 GMT. You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game and Parma-Verona on the LIVEBLOG. Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri missed the opportunity to close on leaders Juventus, as both teams were held to draws at the weekend by Parma and Lecce respectively. The coach complained that he had very few options available to him following an injury crisis, as Stefano Sensi, Alexis Sanchez, Matias Vecino and Danilo D’Ambrosio are still out of action. It means there is no rest for Lukaku and Lautaro, while Roberto Gagliardini again takes the midfield slot. Asamoah returns after a knee issue to take the left flank from Cristiano Biraghi, while Diego Godin completes the defence. Brescia boss Eugenio Corini is already under pressure, with reports Cesare Prandelli is being lined up to replace him just months after taking the team to the Serie B title. He has more problems to deal with, because goalkeeper Jesse Joronen suffered a knock against Genoa and is not even in the squad, so 31-year-old former Inter shot-stopper Enrico Alfonso has to make his career Serie A debut. Leonardo Morosini has also been left out, apparently in a technical decision, with Jhon Chancellor, Ernesto Torregrossa, Luca Tremolada, Giangiacomo Magnani, Federico Viviani and Daniele Dessena injured. Alfredo Donnarumma returns to the starting XI with star man Balotelli, who so far has only one goal to his name in the Rondinelle jersey. The trequartista role seems to be scrapped, moving to a 3-5-2 formation this evening that mirrors Inter, with 21-year-old Massimiliano Mangraviti brought in. Inter could win their first five away games of the Serie A season, something this club only achieved in 1966-67, 1997-98 and 2012-13. Brescia: Alfonso; Mangraviti, Cistana, Gastaldello; Sabelli, Bisoli, Tonali, Romulo, Mateju; A Donnarumma, Balotelli Brescia bench: Andrenacci, Ndoj, Spalek, Zmrhal, Aye, Matri, Martella, Semprini Inter: Handanovic; Godin, De Vrij, Skriniar; Candreva, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Barella, Asamoah; R Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez Inter bench: Padelli, Berni, Ranocchia, Politano, Lazaro, Borja Valero, Dimarco, Esposito, Biraghi, Bastoni Ref: Fabbri Watch Serie A live in the UK on Premier Sports for just £11.99 per month including live LaLiga, Eredivisie, Scottish Cup Football and more.
